The new face of Dawson Taylor!

As some may notice, things have changed around here quite a bit. Previously named "Captured Moments | Photography by Dawson" (www.photographybydawson.com), I have now taken on not only a new name, but a new vision for my photography business.

When first getting thrown into the wedding photography world, I didn't expect to gain this passion, this love for capturing people in love. It was always a hobby for me. I had no clue about the wild journey I was about to enter, but here I am. Nearly three years in the making and I feel I have found my niche. Capturing love with a vintage-inspired style.

This shift in photography style has been not only exciting, but very challenging for me. My 9th-grade basketball coach told me, "If you are comfortable, then you're not growing." I have found this to be unbelievably true during this change. I have stepped outside of my comfort zone and finally allowed myself to not only grow as a photographer and an artist, but as a person.
